We are excited to advertise the position of Assistant People Analyst, a fully funded 21 month programme in Digital Skills as Business level 3 Apprentice here at NWSSP.
The Apprentice - Assistant People Analyst will join the NWSSP People and Organisational development team to provide support with our information systems, data and people analytics, mixing study and work as part of this brand new role in the organisation.

- Supporting the development of the service, you will help shape the vision of becoming a one stop shop for all people insight and analytic.
Collaborate with colleagues using workforce data to support them with performance, analytics, business intelligence and workforce planning
Provides information, guidance and support to colleagues on ESR and its functionality
To support the Workforce Intelligence Team in the provision of an effective and efficient workforce information service by monitoring and maintaining the quality of information held on ESR including regular data cleansing.
To provide administrative support of the Workforce Information System for the People Analytics Team.
