We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our production team as an Apprentice Liquid Production Technician. This is a hands-on, full-time apprenticeship where you’ll gain essential skills in beverage manufacturing — from precision blending and recipe control to LEAN production and compliance.What You'll Be Doing
Batch Preparation & Blending
- Assist with preparing and mixing ingredients for beverage production, following detailed blending sheets and recipes.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all batches under the supervision of experienced production staff.
LEAN Manufacturing Practices
- Learn how to identify and reduce waste, improve efficiency, and maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the blending and production areas.
Compliance & Record Keeping
- Complete batch records, blending documentation, and compliance paperwork accurately and on time.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety protocols.
Teamwork & Collaboration
- Work alongside skilled blenders, technicians, and supervisors to keep production running smoothly.
- Communicate effectively and contribute to a positive team environment.
Training & Apprenticeship Development
- Take part in all in-house and external training opportunities, working steadily towards completing your apprenticeship qualification.
What We’re Looking For
- An interest in food & drink production, chemistry, or manufacturing (relevant study or experience is an advantage).
- Strong attention to detail, especially when measuring and preparing blends.
- Practical, hands-on mindset with a willingness to learn and improve.
- Reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude and ability to follow instructions carefully.
- A team player with good communication skills.

- Supporting a smooth and productive blending operation.
