Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general queries from internal and external customers.
- Process invoices and works payment certificates accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update project records and documentation.
- Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Assist in organizing and managing project files and communications.
- Learn and apply project management and IT skills through your apprenticeship.

This role is being offered on a full-time basis on an 18-month Apprenticeship contract, working 37 hours per week. This includes a minimum of 6 hours per week towards completing the business administration apprenticeship course. Hybrid working is available for this role, working 2-3 days at our Weston-super-Mare office, dependent on business need.

Apprentice - Development Project Support Requirements
To be successful in your application for the role of Apprentice - Development Project Support, you will have the essential skills and experience for a level 1 role (please see candidate information pack) and the following role specific skills and experience:
- Good level of literacy and numeracy.
- GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above or a willingness to work towards completing Functional Skills Assessment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Financial awareness and understanding of payment monitoring.
- Good communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Expertise in multi-tasking, working under pressure and prioritising own workload.
- Experience in using a variety of IT software – including Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
