As our Surveying Technician Apprentice, you will help keep our properties safe, compliant, and well maintained, while gaining a qualification that opens the door to a fulfilling future in property compliance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You will be part of a busy, supportive team carrying out a wide variety of tasks, including:
- Helping gather and update compliance data from service visits and inspections
- Assisting in office and on-site tsks like surveys, contract meetings, and valuation
- Supporting health and safety processes and working closely with internal teams and external contractors
- Keeping accurate records and updating key information systems
- Helping with costings, procurement exercises, and planning processes
All while studying towards your Surveying Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship — with time set aside for training, college days, and personal development.

Person Specification – Are You the One We’re Looking For?
Qualifications:
- 5 GCSEs (Grade c/4 or above) including Maths, and English, or a Level 2 apprenticeship in Construction/Property discipline
- Essential Skills & Qualities:
- Clear, confident communication – you’ll speak to tenants, suppliers, and colleagues
- Keen attention to detail and accurate data handling
- A methodical and organised approach to your work
- A real enthusiasm for learning and self-development
- Great IT skills – especially Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required
- Professional, respectful, and reliable
- A current driving licence is desirable but not essential
Desirable (but not essential):
- Working toward or holding a full UK driving licence (age-appropriate)
- Any experience in construction or domestic maintenance work
- Previous customer service exposure in a hands-on environment
