Description
Due to recent business growth, Thompson Group are now looking to recruit a brand new customer service apprentice to expand their team! This will be an office based role, and suits someone who is looking to study towards a level 2 customer service qualification while you begin your career.
This role will mainly be focusssed on working on Thompson Group's dedicated customer helpdesk, assisting customers with both online and phone queries.

- Live within a commutable distance of the office, especially if you cannot drive

Training to be provided
Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard.
Skills for Security will deliver the apprenticeship training, remotely, twice a month.
You will be required to complete all training tasks allocated during your apprenticeship.
You will be required to complete assessments and portfolio work during your tutor led meetings and take part in any additional training courses that the company require you to complete.
The employer will mentor and coach you on the job. You will also shadow, learn and get involved in all aspects of your administrative role with our office manager.
You will attend dedicated tutor led meetings hosted via MS Teams and gather any on the job evidence needed to supplement your studies.
Things to consider
This apprenticeship is approximately 12 months, and commitment to your studies will be required throughout.
You would be working within a family owned business, where you won't just be a number, you'd be a valued member of the team.
