Overview
An apprenticeship in childcare is a hands-on training experience where individuals gain practical experience working with children aged 2-4 years whilst also studying related theory. For anyone with a passion to help children learn in creative stimulating environments and inspire the next generation.
Responsibilities
To work as part of a team and assist preschool staff in maintaining high childcare standards of education, inspiring the children and help in creating a stimulating environment in line with birth to five matters. Help with the daily routine and care across the whole setting, interact with the children in appropriate manner, to support their learning and development according to age and stage. Set up activities both inside and outside under the direction of colleagues. Record keeping, planning and child development observations need to be maintained. Partake in planning and adapting curriculum in our child led setting

Job Type: Apprenticeship
Pay: £7.55 per hour
Expected hours: 37 per week
