Responsibilities
- Assist qualified pharmacy technicians in daily operations and tasks.
- Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Provide patient care by helping to prepare and dispense medications as directed.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills related to pharmacy practices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient service.
Skills
- Previous experience or training as a Pharmacy Technician is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong understanding of medication administration processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- A compassionate approach to patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Good organisational skills, with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
