- Mechanical Engineering;
- General Maintenance Fitter;
- Machinist within the Mould Shop.
The roles are working Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, overtime is available. Premiums are paid for bank holiday working.

Stoelzle Flaconnage is deemed Stoelzle’s centre of excellence concerning development, production and decoration of Premium Spirits Bottles, with the capability to produce glass containers from 5cl up to 4.5l in extra white flint glass or feeder colouration. Due to the utmost flexibility, the site is able to also manufacture small batches for limited editions of luxury brands.

Job Role:
Join Stoelzle Flaconnage as an Engineering Apprentice and embark on a structured 4 -year program to become a qualified Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with a Level 3 qualification in Engineering.
This programme will support your development in either Electrical or Mechanical engineering, meaning you'll complete the programme as a Skilled Engineer. Under the guidance of our Engineering Manager, you'll spend one day per week at a local college that has a dedicated engineering department, gaining hands-on experience and academic learning. On the other days, you will be at our plant to apply your knowledge, working closely with the on-site engineering team and a dedicated mentor.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities involve maintaining machinery and equipment specific to glass processing. This includes conducting planned and predictive maintenance to ensure optimal production levels, responding to breakdowns promptly, and identifying faults in equipment. You actively contribute to machinery changeovers and set-ups, manufacturing and repairing component parts, and supporting continuous improvement projects. Decommissioning and commissioning glass processing equipment, as well as participating in technical performance reviews, are integral aspects of your duties. Your role emphasises adherence to health and safety standards, and environmental considerations.

Knowledge/Skills/Qualifications:
- Completion of GCSE, A-Level or T-Level studies, preferably with an Engineering bias.
- A minimum of GCSE in English (Grade 5/B) and Maths (Grade 5/B) or above.
- Must be over 18 years of age.
- Basic knowledge or interest in Engineering; whether from school/college or outside of education.
- Keen to learn and develop in the Engineering Field
