Overview
We are looking for a well-organised and eager-to-learn Apprentice Business Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial services while working towards your Level 3 Business Administration qualification. You’ll support our Mortgage Progressors, assist with customer enquiries, and help manage mortgage applications in a structured, friendly environment
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
- Assist Mortgage Progressors with mortgage and protection applications, from submission to completion
- Handle a small caseload under supervision
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Qualifications/Requirements
- GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade 4 (C) or above in English and Maths
- Basic admin experience or familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organised and attentive to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
