JOB DESCRIPTION
Reports directly to: Practice Manager, HR & CEO
Job Summary:
To provide an efficient, timely and professional support and undertake training as directed, as well as to ensure timely completion of the formal Apprenticeship training by the end of the fixed term contract date.
Main Responsibilities:
· To provide general office assistance to the Practice Manager and Fee Earners as directed
· Ensure up to date and authorised literature is provided in Front of House
· Stationery ordering
· Postal duties
· Coordinate incoming deliveries
· Email management of group inboxes
· Processing and archiving of files
· Accurate record keeping of documents stored
· Requesting and returning archived files from and to the storage facility
· Strong room Management
· Preparing interview rooms and arranging/offering refreshments
· Adhoc filing, photocopying and restock of printers
· To deputise ‘front of house’ as directed
There may be a requirement to assist other departments on occasion

· To ensure the level 3 formal qualification is achieved prior to the end of the contract

· Very smart appearance

· High standard of written and spoken English

· Effective organisational and communications kills
· Appropriate computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Close attention to detail and accuracy
