We’re looking for a passionate and driven Trainee or Apprentice Chef to join our kitchen team as part of a fast-growing independent pub company. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to take their first steps into a professional kitchen, working alongside experienced chefs and learning the ropes in a supportive, hands-on environment.
You’ll help prepare great, honest food — from elevated pub classics to exciting, seasonal specials — and be part of a business that values fresh, local ingredients and a strong food reputation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the kitchen team with prep, service, and cleaning
- Learning how to cook high-quality, consistent dishes
- Getting involved in menu planning and seasonal specials
- Learning about food safety, kitchen management, and sustainability
- Growing your skills under the guidance of experienced chefs
- Enrolled on recognised training schemes to gain qualifications.

Pay: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
