Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.
- Support financial services operations by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Participate in mentoring sessions to enhance your understanding of financial accounting principles.
- Utilise accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage to perform data entry and generate reports.
- Collaborate with team members on various financial management tasks, contributing to project completion and departmental goals.
- Engage in training sessions to develop skills in PeopleSoft and other relevant financial systems.
Skills
- Familiarity with accounts payable processes is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of financial services and accounting principles is preferred.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage is desirable.
