About the role
We’re excited to offer an opportunity to join our Runcorn team as a Training Coordinator Apprentice, supporting the delivery of our site’s training and development plans while working towards a CIPD Level 3 in Learning & Development. This 18-month apprenticeship is designed to give you hands-on experience managing training records, co-ordinating induction and compliance training, supporting e-learning systems, and working alongside Capability Specialists to close skills gaps. You’ll play an active part in driving our Training, Compliance and Equipment Capability strategy, all while gaining essential workplace experience in a world-class manufacturing environment.

You bring energy, resilience, and attention to detail—ready to take ownership of tasks, analyse data, and support people’s growth across the site. You’ll be comfortable managing your time and working independently, but also thrive in a team environment where continuous improvement is a shared goal.
If you’ve got GCSEs in English and Maths, a positive mindset, and a drive to build a future in learning and development, we’d love to help you grow your career with Diageo.
