The role which we are currently looking to fill is that of a Marketing Assistant. You will have a great overview of what a Marketing role is and will have the opportunity to deep dive in more “speciality” functions like event organisation.

What is this programme? This is a full-time position working within our Marketing Team whilst studying towards a degree.

The degree is a work-based programme designed to provide the essential knowledge, understanding and skills required to operate effectively, and lead on the creation and execution of digital marketing strategy. Core areas of the programme focus on developing a broad understanding of the principles for marketing, web technologies and consumer behaviours.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for a talented individual with a passion for technology & marketing and a desire to build a successful career with us.

How does it work? You will join us prior to the start of your degree in September become familiar with the way we work. Throughout the programme, you will be assessed via various methods including, reports, presentations, professional discussions, assignments and work-based projects. The remainder of your time will be spent working in our offices in our offices in Redditch, Worcestershire.

Entry requirements

A Levels or Equivalent, with Level 2 Maths & English

GCSE English Language and Maths at Grade 4 ( C ) or above

Good verbal and written communication skills

Keen to develop their understanding of the general digital marketing landscape

Self-motivated but a good team player

Inquisitive personality

Desire to develop skills and knowledge in role and via the Digital Marketing Apprenticeship

Bsc (Hons) Digital Marketing Management Degree Level 6
