Description
At Infatech, our expert security consultants will make sure you get the advice you need to secure your home or business in the best possible way with a full site assessment to identify the security issues you face.
Infatech provide their services in home, commercial, industry, retail or other usage, whilst covering the design, build and installing work.
They are now looking to employ 1 apprentice. The successful individual will get the opportunity to work for an established local employer and become a multi-disciplined Fire and Security engineer.
Dagenham would be their designated training centre for the Sept induction.
Entry requirements
- Must be able to pass an enhanced DBS
- A driving license is ideal
- 16+ for now – may change due to insurance check on vans
- Any site experience and electrical experience is much appreciated
Training to be provided
Initially, the apprentice will work alongside experienced engineers, learning and developing in the fields of both fire and security.
The qualification you would be studying towards is the Fire Emergency Security Systems Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard.
Skills for Security will deliver the apprenticeship training in block release at their Watford Centre. You will attend centre one week every eight weeks.
You will be required to complete all training tasks allocated during your block release weeks at the training centre and gather any site evidence needed to supplement your studies.
Things to consider
This is a 36 month apprenticeship, full commitment is needed during this time.

Upon successful completion, you will be offered a full time position as a qualified engineer.
