Are you passionate about people and looking to start your career in Human Resources? We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Apprentice to join our team in Hereford!
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all areas of HR, from recruitment and onboarding to training and development. You’ll be working closely with a supportive team, learning the ropes while making a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
- Helping maintain accurate HR documentation and systems
- Contributing to HR initiatives and improvements
- Coordinating training courses and liaising with stakeholders
- Providing excellent customer service and general admin support
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone with:
- A good level of secondary school education
- A genuine interest in HR and employment law
- Strong communication skills and a confident, approachable manner
- A team player who’s organised and eager to learn
- Basic IT knowledge (desirable but not essential)
