Job Description
Apprentice Technical Support Role – Summary
Join a support team to learn how to provide admin and technical help on managed service contracts. You'll assist with resolving faults, updating systems, and delivering great customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Help log and resolve incidents and service requests.
-
Update customer records, assets, and repairs.
-
Support engineers and escalate issues when needed.
-
Assist with changes to systems and keep information accurate.

Communicate clearly with users and the team.
Qualifications
Skills & Experience:
-
Ideally BTEC in ICT or Business Admin, with GCSEs in English and Maths.

Some experience in a support desk environment is helpful.
-
Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.

A UK driving licence is a plus.
Personal Qualities:

Good communicator and team player.

Customer-focused and professional.

Able to make decisions and solve problems.

Motivated, organised, and eager to learn.
