As they continue to expand their brand presence and digital reach, they are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Content Marketing Apprentice to join their growing marketing team.
This is a hybrid working role, with 3 days in the Salford office and 2 days working from home.
About the Role
As a Junior Content Marketing Apprentice, you’ll play a key role in developing and creating engaging content across Vision Linen's digital platforms. You’ll work to briefs, contribute ideas, and help deliver compelling campaigns that communicate their brand, support customer engagement, and drive traffic to their websites and social channels.
This apprenticeship role will suit someone who is creative, curious, and passionate about digital media, marketing, and storytelling. Working closely with their experienced in-house marketing and creative team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Researching and drafting content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and product pages
- Supporting the creation of assets for use across digital and print platforms
- Assisting with campaign planning and content scheduling
- Tailoring messaging and tone of voice to suit audience segments and brand guidelines
- Learning to analyse content performance and generate regular reports to evaluate campaign performance.
- Ensuring content aligns with brand standards

- A passion for writing, visual storytelling, and creating engaging digital content

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Interest in Customer journeys and mapping
- Interest in textiles, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors a plus

Entry requirements
- GCSEs in English and Maths (grade 4/ C or above) or equivalent
- Eligibility to work and undertake an apprenticeship in the UK
Training to be provided
You’ll be enrolled on the Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship Standard. Over 15 months, you’ll build a portfolio and gain the knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed to succeed in a digital content role. The programme includes hands-on experience and dedicated study time, culminating in an End-Point Assessment (EPA).
Things to consider
Successful candidates will be invited to a second stage, where you will attend a virtual assessment session and complete Maths & English assessments. If these results are successful, your application will be sent to the employer who will shortlist for interviews. If your interview is successful, you will be expected to start in the workplace in or before September. Please mark clearly on your application if you will be unavailable to start on this date and we will consider you for future selection days. *Please note: For the first year, you will be paid a minimum salary of £20,000. Thereafter, your pay will be increased to the National Minimum Wage for your age. All salaries are set at the employers’ discretion; however, this will be the minimum you will receive.
