As a Finance Apprentice, you’ll provide essential support to our accounts team, with a focus on the purchase ledger function. You’ll gain hands-on experience in processing invoices, managing supplier accounts, and delivering excellent customer service. All while working towards your professional development goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices and credit notes (email and post)
- Use invoice image capturing software and accounting system
- Assist with setting up new suppliers and payment requisitions
- Respond to supplier queries and maintain strong working relationships
- Support general administrative tasks such as filing, archiving, and data entry

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
