About Us

OneCloud Healthcare is a fast-growing nursing and homecare agency based in Glasgow. We provide high-quality care and staffing solutions across the UK. We're currently seeking a motivated and organised Office Apprentice to support our busy admin team as we continue to grow.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain real-world office experience while working towards a recognised qualification.

What You'll Do

Answer telephone and email enquiries professionally
Assist with staff scheduling and shift confirmations
Update and maintain care staff records and compliance documents
Support recruitment admin: contacting candidates, arranging interviews
General office duties including filing, scanning, and data entry
Support with social media and job adverts (training provided)
Onboarding New Candidates

What We're Looking For

A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good written and verbal communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Punctual, reliable, and well-organised
A genuine interest in healthcare and admin work

Requirements

Must be aged 16–24 and eligible for apprenticeship scheme in Scotland
Must live within commuting distance to our Maryhill office
