We’re opening a brand-new nursery in Hilton and are looking for motivated, caring individuals to begin their childcare journey with us. As a Nursery Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience, work alongside qualified early years professionals, and study towards a recognised childcare qualification — all while making a real difference in young children’s lives.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the care, learning and development of children aged 0–5
- Help with daily routines including meals, nappy changing and sleep times
- Set up and take part in fun, engaging activities
- Learn how to track children’s progress and follow the EYFS
- Build warm, trusting relationships with children and your team
- Receive on-the-job training and dedicated time for your coursework
What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine passion for working with children
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to completing your training and apprenticeship
- GCSE Maths and English (preferred, but support can be provided if not yet achieved)
