As an Apprentice Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice, you will be responsible for meeting the daily administration needs of the department in a timely and efficient manner.
Duties
What you'll be doing:
- Connecting with customers: You'll be respond to customers enquiries via the phone and email , using your excellent communication skills to understand their situation.
- Finding solutions: You'll be a key point of contact to provide a reliable and helpful administration service to members of staff and our clients.
- Building relationships: You'll be a key point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and resolving queries.
- Working as a team: You'll be part of a supportive and energetic team in a buzzing office environment.
What you'll need:
- Confidence on the phone: You're a natural communicator with a clear and friendly telephone manner.
- Resilience and determination: You thrive in a target-driven environment and enjoy the challenge of negotiation.
- Positive attitude: You're enthusiastic and motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Good IT skills: You're comfortable using computers and databases including Microsoft packages.

Career Progression
Upon successful completion of the level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship you will have gained a national qualification recognised throughout the industry and this may lead to a full time permanent position within our company where available.
