A Rickerby apprentice will receive ongoing support from an experienced team whilst training and earning a competitive wage at the same time. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in engineering, be willing to learn and demonstrate an interest in farm machinery. We offer a 2 year engineering apprenticeship with block release at the new dedicated CLAAS Academy with an outcome of a Level 2 Land Based Service Engineering Standard, subject to the completion of the Level 2 program the apprentice can then progress onto the Level 3 Land Based Engineering Standard.
