Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for individuals eager to learn and develop their skills in a hands-on environment. The Apprentice will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining valuable knowledge in various technical areas, including manufacturing, and installation operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to build a solid foundation for a successful career.
Duties
- Shadowing Mentors both on site and within the factory environment to develop all round manufacturing and installation skills.
- Participate in welding tasks as required, developing skills in metal fabrication.
- Support maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Attending College on day release to achieve NVQ 2 & 3
- Demonstrate daily, good time keeping/work ethic and attitude
Essential Criteria
- Strong communication skills in English are required to effectively collaborate with the team.
- Maths, English and ICT GCSE (A*-C)
- An ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Open to travel through UK & Ireland whilst working on sites
Desired Criteria
- Full clean driving licence
- Have a current CSR Card
