About Us:
At London Marriott Hotel Kensington, we pride ourselves on delivering excellent service and maintaining a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment. We are now looking for a motivated Maintenance Apprentice to join our team and learn hands-on skills in building and equipment maintenance.
Role Overview:
As a Maintenance Apprentice, you will assist our maintenance team in keeping our facilities in top condition. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience, learn from experienced professionals, and develop a career in facilities management and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the repair and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Carry out general building upkeep, including painting, minor repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Learn to troubleshoot equipment and machinery under supervision
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times
- Support the team with daily maintenance tasks as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of tools and equipment (desirable but not essential)
- Ability to work well in a team
- Flexible and reliable
