This is an exciting and varied role which provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and training. The successful candidate will be a keen problem-solver with strong digital capabilities and a willingness to embrace positive change, promote consistency and share best practice.
This role will sit within our Professional Administrative Service (PAS) Team supporting the School of Health and Wellbeing. You will work alongside experienced colleagues whilst learning on the job and appropriate objectives will be set during the course of your apprenticeship. It will be a full time role based at our Severn Campus with some working from home (typically 1-2 days per week) a possibility after successful completion of an interim probationary period of 3 months. A flexi-time scheme is in operation. At the same time, you will study for formal qualifications in your field.

You will have an assigned assessor who will provide you with additional training sessions and assessments to gain the qualification. You will have a portfolio to work through and gather evidence during your role. During the apprenticeship, a minimum of 20% of the role will be off the job training.
After the Apprenticeship
Although there is no guarantee, there is a possibility of future employment with the University of Worcester at the end of the apprenticeship if a vacancy exists.
