Our Role

Are you curious about how businesses stay strong during unexpected challenges? As an Improvements Practitioner Apprentice, you’ll join our Business Continuity team and learn how to keep things running smoothly even when disruption hits.

You’ll work closely with experienced professionals to develop and test plans, support change projects, and help teams across the business prepare for the unexpected. Along the way, you’ll gain hands-on experience in Lean and Six Sigma, project management, and change leadership all while earning a recognised qualification.

What you’ll be doing

Supporting key meetings like the Business Continuity Steering Group and Change Steering Committee
Helping teams build and test business continuity plans
Running risk assessments and impact analyses
Training colleagues on what to do during disruptions
Supporting real-time responses to business challenges
Promoting a culture of change and resilience across the organisation Helping shape tools, templates, and processes that support business change

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to learn, grow, and make a difference. You’ll need:

2 A Levels (AC)* including one STEM subject
or
Level 3 qualification (BTEC or apprenticeship in a related subject)

Plus:

A genuine interest in change and project management
Strong attention to detail
Good IT and analytical skills
A team player with great communication
Self-motivated and eager to drive your own development
A customer-focused mindset

What we're offering

£18,500 starting salary
