About Job
As Head of Apprenticeships, you will:

Develop the strategy, systems, and processes to launch a brand-new apprenticeship division.

Design and roll out apprenticeship programmes aligned with employer demand.

Ensure compliance with Ofsted, ESFA, and other funding regulations.

Build strong employer partnerships and stakeholder relationships.

Drive quality, growth, and sustainability across provision.

Recruit, lead, and inspire a new team, creating a culture of excellence and accountability.

Report directly to senior leadership, providing insight on performance, risks, and opportunities.
Ideal Candidate
The role requires an ambitious and experienced apprenticeship professional who brings:

Proven leadership experience in apprenticeships, ideally with a background in launching or scaling provision.

Deep knowledge of Ofsted frameworks, funding rules, and compliance.

A track record of designing and delivering high-quality programmes.

Commercial acumen with the ability to meet both employer and learner needs.

Strategic thinking combined with resilience and adaptability.
