Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and resolving issues effectively.
- Engage in upselling opportunities by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products or services.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Conduct analysis of customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling challenging situations, ensuring customer satisfaction remains a priority.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable; multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not essential.
- Demonstrated ability in data entry with attention to detail.
