Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. This entry-level position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn the fundamentals of Customer Service and develop their skills in a supportive environment. Once the Apprenticeship is completed you will receive a Customer Service Practitioner Level 2.
Duties
- Work with a wide range of customers to provide high-quality service face to face, by phone and e-mail.
- Learning how to handle complaints with care to the customer as well as the business
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- General admin duties including in house IT systems
- Processing customer orders and sales transactions
- Keep the sales floor clean and organized
- Liaise with fitters and suppliers
- Accept deliveries
- Manual Handling
- Learn and maintain knowledge of current promotions, trends and product features
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- A basic understanding of customer service principles is advantageous.
- Work on initiative
- Driving license or working towards is desirable
