Qualifications
Level 4 or above in Maths and English
- The things you will learn will include how to
- provide attentive and responsive care to children, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development, sharing updates with parents as necessary.
- Support children in their daily routines, including meal times, nappy changing, and personal hygiene.
- Collaborate with team members to create a stimulating and inclusive nursery environment.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the nursery setting.
