Job Summary
We’re looking for an Operations Apprentice – someone curious, organised and ready to learn how a busy design & production business really runs.
Your day might include:
- Checking in with the sales team and sending out sample packs
- Updating customers on where their orders are
- Helping our designers scale drawings in CAD
- Preparing stencils for etched-glass jobs
- Planning marketing and social media campaigns
- Keeping stock topped-up and suppliers happy
- Even testing a new AI tool with our MD
No two days are the same — one morning you’ll be polishing mirror edges, the next you’ll be working with the marketing team to create a campaign using chat gpt AI, or the design team etching really cool glass.
We don’t need experience — just the right attitude.
You’ll fit in if you’re:
- Curiously organised – you like lists and tidy folders.
- Calmly proactive – you notice what needs doing and make it happen.
- Eager to learn – you love trying new tools and picking up skills fast.
- Friendly, reliable, and not afraid to ask questions.

- After 6 months: enrolment on a Level 3 Business Administrator NVQ
