At DP World Minworth, our Team Leader apprentices play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our production-based logistics operation. With multiple departments working together to meet hourly, daily, and weekly targets, strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration are essential to our success.
As an apprentice, you’ll receive full training for your role, along with dedicated leadership development as part of your apprenticeship. You’ll have the opportunity to take on real team leader responsibilities—such as coordinating tasks, supporting colleagues, and contributing to a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.

Apprenticeships are a great opportunity to earn whilst you learn. Upon successful completion of our apprenticeship programmes, you will receive a recognised qualification.
