Role Summary
The Sales Apprentice will assist the sales and operations team and will provide support through a range of tasks as outlined daily.
This role would suit someone who is self-motivated, highly organised, and proactive, who can work to deadlines and who enjoys being a valued member of the team.
What you’ll be doing
- Work closely with the sales teams to provide support and manage daily order activities.
- Handle queries related to sales in a prompt and professional manner.
- Provide a consistently high level of customer service to clients.
- Assist with recording data and creating reports.
- Assisting sales team with customer requisitions, sourcing materials and building quotations
- Entering sales orders
- Liaising with Warehouse.
- Additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
