- Hold GCSE English and Maths at Grade C / Level 4 or above (or equivalent).
- Not have extensive experience working in a marketing-related role.
- Not already hold a marketing qualification at Level 3 or higher.

You’ll join a friendly, supportive marketing team where you’ll gain hands-on experience managing digital channels, developing creative campaigns, and learning how marketing drives business growth. Throughout your apprenticeship, you’ll receive full training and support as you work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification, with the potential to secure a permanent role after completion.
Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, you’ll learn to:
- Create and manage engaging social media campaigns on TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn.
- Support website content updates and optimisations for SEO (on-page and off-page).
- Analyse campaign and website performance data to provide actionable insights.
- Keep up to date with Google algorithm changes and emerging digital marketing trends.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Produce creative content, including visuals, videos, and written posts.
- Contribute ideas to improve online presence and digital marketing strategies.
