Administration is the often unsaid mechanism that keeps business moving - you will oversee all facets of the business from sales, facilities, operations, accounts, HR, Health & Safety and customer service. This role is vital to our client and is the springboard for career progression in this industry.
What will the apprentice be doing?
Supporting the general manager with all things admin related.
Working with the Operations Team to ensure all requests are planned and carried out in a timely manner
Reports are maintained, filed and billed correctly
Responding to and fielding requests from multiple stakeholders
Ensuring Health & Safety throughout
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship through Vocate Training.
You will be taught through:
4-6 Weekly 1-2-1 Sessions with your tutor
Online Classes and webinars
Support from a dedicated tutor
The course is a 12 month programme
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
A full time position is expected following successful completion of the Apprenticeship. The administration role may be a gateway to further career opportunities, such as management or senior support roles.

- GCSE or equivalent Maths and English (Grade Grace C (4) or above.) essential
