Due to continued business growth, we are seeking to recruit a Business Administration Apprentice to join our team and gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic office environment. An opportunity where you will learn essential administrative skills and contribute to various business operations.
Duties
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Provide clerical support including answering phones and responding to emails
- Learn to use office software and tools like Xero and Microsoft Office Packages
- Develop organisational skills by maintaining records and organizing office supplies
Experience
- Previous experience in an office setting is a plus
- Familiarity with basic administrative tasks such as data entry and phone etiquette
- Proficiency in computerized systems for office management
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Interest in learning about business administration processes
- Knowledge of Xero & Microsoft Office is advantageous
- GCSE or equivalent Maths & English (Grade C/4) Essential
