We have an exciting opportunity to join us as an Apprentice.
The VBHC (Value Based Healthcare) team have established a programme of work to develop a range of patient and workforce reported measures for a variety of service user groups to support the evaluation of the implementation of national delivery plans.
Based within the Value Based Healthcare Team, the post holder will work with and provide effective data entry into the patient experience system and administrative support to the Senior Project Manager, Patient Experience Manager and clinical staff for multiple service user groups within Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (CTMUHB).
During this training period, salary will be paid in accordance with Annex 21 of the Terms and Conditions.
Months 1 - 6 of the training period will be paid at 70% of the top of Band 2 pay scale/Real Living Wage (whichever is the greater) and Months 7 - 18 will be paid at 75% of the top of Band 2 pay scale.
Upon successful attainment of the qualification, even if sooner than the 16 month allocated timeframe, the post holder will automatically move to the Band 2 as they will then meet the full KSF outline of this role, and be expected to undertake all duties within this Job Description as indicated.
Support the provision of healthcare to the population of Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (UHB), by participating in the Patient Reported Experience Measures (PREMs) and the implementation of the patient experience platform, which will assist in the improvement of the wider performance and information agenda.
Work as dedicated support for the patient experience platform.
They may be required to work across other sites in Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board.
Sit with and assist patients in the completion of patient experience questionnaire, inputting information and providing routine advice relating to the platform as necessary.
Use own initiative to deal with patients’ queries, providing information and assistance in regards to the patient experience digital platforms.
To participate in roadshows and engagement events as and when required.
