Level 3 Apprenticeship Rates:
Under 18 years - £15,144 per annum
18-20 years - £19,871 per annum
21+ years - £23,555 per annum
Luminate Education Group are recruiting for a Level 3 Learning & Organisational Development Practitioner to join their Learning & Organisation Development team based within the wider HR team.
As an apprentice you’ll coordinate a variety of training programmes across the group, managing bookings, answering enquiries, updating records, and helping to evaluate learning activities. You’ll work closely with colleagues and external providers to plan and deliver engaging development opportunities, using digital tools to promote and track participation.
You’ll be supported to grow into the role, with guidance and mentoring from your colleagues, hands-on work experience, and structured training through your apprenticeship programme. This support will help you develop the skills and confidence you need to perform effectively and progress in your career.
You will be completing a level 3 qualification in Learning & Development Practitioner.
This is a varied role where good organisation, clear communication, and a passion for great service will help you make a real difference.
Our apprenticeships are open to everyone aged 16 and over it’s never too early or too late to start learning!
What You Will Do
- Be the first point of contact for Learning and Organisational Development Team queries, offering friendly, helpful, and timely support to colleagues.

Help design, deliver, and coordinate a variety of learning and development activities from planning and organising events to following up and gathering feedback.

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Learning and Organisational Development team, keeping everything running smoothly.

Assist with measuring and evaluating the impact of learning activities, helping us understand what works and how we can improve.
About You
- You should hold, or be working towards, a Level 2 qualification in English and Maths (or equivalent).

Strong attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Ability to prioritise work effectively and manage time efficiently.
