Key Responsibilities & Learning Opportunities
As an Apprentice, you will be actively involved in all aspects of our early years setting, supported by experienced educators.
- Program Support: Assist in planning and implementing stimulating, age-appropriate activities and educational programs.
- Environment Creation: Help create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for all children.
- Observation & Record Keeping: Learn to observe and accurately record children's progress, maintaining records of attendance, development, and achievements.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with experienced educators and professionals to support children's diverse and individual needs.
- Parent Communication: Assist in communicating effectively with parents, providing timely updates on their child's learning and development.
- Safety & Care: Ensure the continuous health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care, following established procedures.
- Relationship Building: Actively foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
