You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting our IT systems; troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and ensuring everything runs smoothly for our staff. It’s a great opportunity to build real-world skills while working with experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities:
- Deliver front-line IT support to clients across a variety of systems
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist with installations, upgrades, and routine maintenance
- Learn how to manage and secure business-critical systems
- Develop excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Be mentored by experienced professionals in a fast-paced, supportive environment
