Salary – £15,255.00
Location – Skinningrove, TS13 4ET, Teesside TS4 7RP
Pattern of Work – 36.5 hours (1st year) increasing to 40/42 in 2nd year

You will study towards a National Apprenticeship that will be directly related to the work you will be undertaking. On top of this we'll reward you with a progressive salary and benefits package.
What we’re looking for

We require you to be working towards, or hold a minimum of, 3 GCSEs grade C (4) or above including Maths, English and a Science.

Our apprenticeship development programmes give you the opportunity to take control of your own development and career progression whilst simultaneously making a real impact on our business' success.
The first period of your training will be spent training with our Training Provider where you will prepare for going out into our plant areas. The remainder of the apprenticeship is plant-based, working in Steelmaking, Ironmaking, Energy and Infrastructure or our Mills. You will be working alongside our current employees to gain skills and knowledge on our live plant.

Apprentice salaries start from £15,225 with progression over the course of your apprenticeship. In addition to your salary, we’ll fully fund your training. On completion of your apprenticeship the aim is to appoint you as a full time employee, within our engineering function.
