Purpose of Role:
Delivery of a customer focussed service, whilst meeting all Health & Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Morale targets. The purpose of the role is to support the production and warehouse team by learning and applying practical skills in assembling components, paint spraying and welding, following safety and quality standards, and contributing to the efficient operation of manufacturing and warehouse processes, through hands-on experience and formal training,developing technical competencies, with a view to working towards a future team leader role.

Main duties and responsibilities:
• Assist in the assembly of components according to technical drawings and work instructions
. • Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently. • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the assembly and warehouse process.
• Attend training sessions and complete coursework as part of the apprenticeship program.
• Support the compilation of manufacturing control documentation for internal processes.
• Use problem solving tools & techniques to Investigate causes of field and supplier product concerns. • Carry out reasonable additional responsibilities as requested by the Company
Education and training:
Good basic education with at minimum GCSE level 6 / B.
Experiance:
Any prior work experience, internships, or volunteer work related to the field is beneficial but not always necessary.
