We are looking for an Apprentice Administrator to join our Planning Administration team within Platform Property Care, based in Worcester.

What you'll be doing
As an Apprentice Administrator, you will support the Property Care Planning Administration team and learn how a busy, fast‑paced Administration team operates.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Support with the input of overtime and out of hours for Operatives
- Maintain accurate electronic filing systems
- Assist with updating our Property Care systems to ensure records are correct
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders
- Help ensure the smooth running of administrative processes across the team
You'll gain practical, hands‑on experience while building confidence, communication skills, and strong business administration foundations.
No previous experience is needed — just enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
Your training
You will study the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, at Hereford & Worcester Training Association or similar provider, attending college (their Worcester site) one day a week while gaining hands-on experience for the rest of the week.
Once you successfully complete your apprenticeship, you will be able to apply for permanent roles within Platform Housing Group. We have a strong track record of offering long-term opportunities to our apprentices.
What we're looking for
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- GCSE Grade 4 or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Good organisation and ICT skills
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities
- A positive attitude and strong desire to grow your skills
- The ability to work well within a team
- The motivation to work independently, including from home
- Curiosity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn
You must also live near to or in Worcester, as you will regularly attend our Worcester office.
Working arrangements
- Home‑based with regular travel to Worcester and occasional travel to Birmingham Business Park, and other office locations as required.
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Free on‑site parking available
This is a 1‑year fixed‑term contract (ending 31 January 2027).
