As an Apprentice Engineer, you'll work alongside experienced engineers to learn how our plants operate whilst developing the skills to maintain, repair and improve our factory machinery. You'll gain valuable real-world experience and work towards an industry-recognised Engineering Apprenticeship Standard that will support your long term career growth.

What You'll Be Doing

Working alongside an engineer to develop your knowledge and experience.
Develop your knowledge and experience to provide proactive and reactive maintenance using your own initiative.
Learn fault finding techniques to aid problem-solving.
Developing your technical skills through both on-the-job training and classroom learning.
You will be a member of a supportive team of engineers who will have an active role in your development.
Undertaking theoretical and practical training at college.

5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/4 or above, including Maths, English and Science.
