As part of our continued growth, we are recruiting 1 Apprentice / Trainee Fire Alarm Technician to join our team.
Successful candidates will be enrolled onto the Obsequio Evolve Academy – FESS Level 3 programme delivered in partnership with Skills 4 Security in Watford.

The Role
Reporting to: the Contracts Manager, you will assist with and eventually carry out:
· Installation of fire alarm systems
· Weekly testing of fire alarm systems
· Maintenance, fault finding and repair
· Commissioning support
· Accurate completion of service reports and documentation
· Use of SimPro job management system
· Correct daily use of Rippling T&A system
· Completion of PPM paperwork and tick sheets
· Professional customer liaison
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
· Efficient completion of daily tasks
· Clear communication with office regarding delays
· Accurate and professional service reporting
· Jobs properly completed and closed down
· College coursework and online training kept up to date
· Timely submission of timesheets and expense claims
· Maintaining 95%+ performance standard
What We’re Looking For
· Based in West London (preferred)
· Full UK driving licence
· GCSE Maths & English
· Good timekeeping and reliability
· Confident using digital systems
· Strong customer service skills
· Basic electrical or building experience (desirable but not essential)
