An IT support company in the East Midlands based in requires an IT Support Apprentice to join their talented team.

As an Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience delivering technical support to clients. You’ll learn how to install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems while developing your customer service and problem-solving skills.

KEY DUTIES –

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and networking equipment.
Respond to support tickets and escalate complex issues to senior engineers when needed.
Support customers with software installations, updates, and troubleshooting (e.g., Windows, Office 365, antivirus, school MIS systems).
