ELECTRICIAN / ELECTRICAL APPRENTICE (CAREER START OR PROGRESSION ROLE)

We are looking to welcome a motivated Electrician or Electrical Apprentice to join our growing team. This role is open to individuals either starting out in the trade or recently qualified and looking to develop their skills further in a supportive, practical working environment.
This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in the electrical industry, working across a mix of commercial and industrial installation and maintenance projects.
You will work closely with experienced electricians, the Contracts Manager, and the wider team, gaining hands-on experience and structured development as part of your role.

Working Hours
39 hours per week:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
The Role
- Electrical installation and maintenance work across multiple sites
- Supporting and working alongside qualified electricians
- Developing practical skills and industry knowledge
- Learning safe systems of work and site compliance standards
- Taking on increased responsibility as experience grows

Essential Requirements
- City & Guilds electrical qualifications (completed or in progress)
- Previous electrical, construction, or trade experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Willingness to learn and develop practical skills
- Ability to work independently when required and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and professional approach
Desirable Experience
- Experience working in commercial or industrial environments
