Electrical Installation Apprentice - Elsym Installations Ltd

Working for a busy electrical contractor and specialist to the water industry based in Burton-Upon-Trent, we have an electrical installation apprenticeship opportunity to gain experience and training in the industrial sector across the UK. This involves on-the-job training with our experienced team where you will learn the practical aspects of the role, in addition to attending college where you will learn the theory-based aspects of becoming a successful and qualified electrician. This role involves frequent working away Monday-Friday with travel time, lodgings and expenses paid.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

You’ll be eager to learn, have a can-do attitude, be organised, a good time-keeper and keen to integrate into a small and friendly team. You will ensure all health and safety rules are followed and you’ll be committed to assisting electricians to ensure installations are completed to a high standard and within set deadlines.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

An interest in electrical installation and working towards becoming fully qualified
You must be over the age of 18 due to the nature of the sites that we work on
You must provide your own hand tools (this can be established over time)
A willingness to travel across the country and stay overnight
