The team:
We’re looking for an Apprentice to join our EMEA Marketing team, based in London. The team is responsible for building our brand across our international platform through advertising, digital, sponsorships and events.
Programme Overview
Our apprentice programme starts in September 2025, you will join our Marketing division working in a full-time role whilst studying with one of our trusted learning providers.
You’ll spend most of your time working alongside experienced colleagues, learning relevant and valuable skills, and contributing to exciting projects while also following an established apprenticeship programme, graduating after sixteen months with a Level 3 Multi Channel Marketer apprenticeship.
Apprentices evolve during the programme based on their career aspirations and depending on how quickly their technical and soft skills develop. We encourage apprentices to take advantage of employee networks, mentorship and all other resources made available to them to accelerate their career. Successful apprentices will continuously relate what they are learning with their work at Bank of America, as they progress through their programme.
Training and Development
Your training and development are our top priority with extensive formal training offered at the start of the programme in addition to on the job support, educational speaker events and mentorship throughout.
Responsibilities:
As an apprentice, your key tasks and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Administrative tasks: Supporting the marketing team with operational tasks to help drive efficiency across sponsorships, campaigns and programmes.

Social media marketing: Developing and implementing social media activities that complement our branding efforts, align with the global strategy and engage our audience.

Content creation: Developing content for our employees that showcases the breadth and impact of our branding programmes.

Following processes and guidelines associated with working in a regulated industry.
Eligibility
-
Hold or predicted to achieve at least 3 A levels/BTEC or equivalent with a minimum of 120 UCAS points (BBB grades)

Have Maths GCSE grade 6 or equivalent and English Language GCSE grade 6 or equivalent

Been a resident of the UK for the past three years

Not in full-time education when starting the apprenticeship

Have the right to work and remain in the UK indefinitely

Have not completed a qualification or apprenticeship at the same level or higher which provided you with substantially the same skills or training as you would gain through this apprenticeship with Bank of America
